- Good location: this will be a differentiator for those looking for a strategic location with the purpose of their trip in mind and easy access to public transport. Being close to shopping centers and tourist attractions will be an advantage.

- Automatic check-in: for studios in São Paulo, the convenience and ease of check-in is a point of attention. This is because, due to flights or work commitments, guests may arrive at different times. Having an electronic lock makes it easier for guests to have this flexibility upon arrival.

- Washer and dryer or laundry in the building

Tip: Just because someone comes on business doesn’t mean they don’t have time to tourist. Many companies set aside an entire weekend for their employees to get to know more about the new city. Therefore, do not include tour recommendations in your manual.
