What is included in the accommodation price?

The reservation price includes the rental of the property and all basic services, such as cleaning and provision of bed and bath linen. Any additional service, such as extra support or specific items, may have an additional cost, which will be informed in advance.


What is included in my stay?

All of our properties are fully furnished and equipped with essential items such as bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and hygiene products. Specific details about what is included in each property are outlined on each property page.

How does the check-in and check-out process work?

After booking confirmation, you will receive all necessary instructions for check-in and check-out. Generally, check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until 11am.

What should I do if I encounter a problem during my stay?

If you encounter any problems during your stay, please contact us immediately. Our team is available 24/7 to resolve any situation and ensure your experience is the best possible.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation according to the cancellation and change policy of the reserved property. Check specific terms when booking or contact our team for details.

Can I continue using my property during the contract?
